For a long time, I have lived into rhythms that weren't mine, tried to make sense, forced myself into boxes - chasing love outside of me lead me to performing and abandoning my self
and building success through effort, survival, and shoulds.
At 31 a disease forced me to stop and reevaluate my existence.
I felt the call to come back to my heart and my truth, while slowly my body learnt to trust life again
A different way of being emerged.
I now live a slow life guided by softness, beauty and love, and I have never felt so alive and free in my body.
Today, I weave all the parts of me into what I offer: the eye of an architect who understands the healing power of spaces,
the heart of an host who knows how to make guest feel at home,
the devotion of a spiritual and somatic guide who trusts the body's language,
and the spirit of a woman who knows that true wholeness isn't achieved - its remembered.
